Today, we went out to go to an open air pool. To get there, we took public transport.
As I've been living in Berlin, the ubahn isn't the biggest surprise to me. But today I decided to be a tourist and act like one.
I found myself in the far front of the train and noticed a tinted window. I looked closed and noticed I could see all the way to the front of it. I took a couple of pictures, untill told me, "Oeh, make a video!" So the obedient girlfriend I am, I did.
I was quite surprised about the results - I really like it! It better be good because I was holding up my phone in a shaking metro for a good couple of minutes. If I do not get any nice tone now, I don't know what I'll do. For the people curious about the insides of the train - tada!
These are the tiny icons pasted all over the Berlin metro windows. Check dat famous Funkturm in the background!
Once arrived at Warschauerstr. we had to wait for our next tram. I looked up and saw the station upstairs. I somehow really like the bright, yellow metros against the orangy/brown tiles.
Some parts of Berlin really have a homey vibe and I thought this one was worth sharing.
