Today is the last day for 2017. A mother of my best friend joy invited us for lunch in Initao Misamis Oriental. It’s an hour drive from our place going to theirs. My partner 
We were really surprised that they prepared a lot of foods it’s just like welcome back party for Ivan. Even though foreigners won’t appreciate much the lechon pork still were very thankful for the invitation.
When we were there they gave as the comfort of being at home, super accommodating and very hospitable person. Actually she’s a retired teacher teaching history for elementary students in Initao. I felt thankful for all the efforts and for inviting us before another year arrive. Ivan was also thankful and he appreciate in general our traditional treats to visitors are ultimately different compare to other country.
So I felt blessed today we spent time with our close friends and filled our tummy with yummy foods. That would be our advance new year party before time hit midnight. Thank you so much for reading my post and have a blast new year party. Keep it safe steemians! Happy New year all!!
