If you would like to spend relaxing times during your vacation in Thailand, I would like to suggest you to travel to Srinakharin Dam. It’s a beautiful dam which is situated in Kanchanaburi province, in the West of Thailand. (approx. 2 – 3 hours by car from Bangkok.)
At Srinakharin Dam, you will stay among nice nature and tranquil environment. Cool breeze from the lake and pure air from surrounding forest can make you feel refreshed and relaxed.
The lake over the dam has beautiful view, especially in the evening. It’s very peaceful atmosphere; the water is calm and the air is so cool. I can guarantee you that you will admire sunset with relaxing moment, for sure.
The mountains, as you see in the background, can also create marvelous view….
I love this dam. My father drove us to the place several times when he’s still alive. (He’s the best driver for all of us….) We always enjoyed our stay there or I can say that every minute while we stayed there were full of happiness indeed.
