For my 19th birthday a good friend of mine and me took a spontaneous flight from Zurich to Oslo. I always wanted to visit a part of Norway.
Unforntunately the whole city was in hibernation and all the clubs of the city were 21 and over. After talking to some people we got a tip to try it at "KJ 10" and YES it was worth it!
The club has 4 floors and is completely different from what we know in Germany/Austria. There are different lounges some dance floors and rooms to play beer pong and stuff.
But the best part were the people(and girls)! I really never met such friendly and open minded people and of course it's true what you say about Norwegian Girls!
I really can recommend you visiting this city and meet the people up there.
