A City that never sleeps
Istanbul - an historic place always worth a visit, even during Easter time. The City also known as Constantinople and Byzantium, is the biggest Turkish city combining culture of Asia and Europe and acting as the country's economic, cultural, and historic center.
This time I am not bothering you with the usual tourist shoots around Hagia Sophia, Bosphorus or market flavour visiting the famous Grand Bazaar where you can learn a lot in selling, negotiation styles and culture.
This post shows scenes of Istanbul by night, some streets, buildings and monuments from the old town in the European part of the city.
Happy Easter Steem World
Next time I hope to travel there not via plane or bus but via boat directly from the Bulgarian Black Sea like the historic heroes did during the ancient times of Jason, Odysseus and Hercules.
Watch out for more
Soon I will write about an historic church that is of major importance for Bulgaria - the famous St Stephen Church in Balat, Istanbul.
