Hi everyone,
Near my hometown is a wonderful place, quite unique, called Bassin d'Arcachon, Arcachon being the "biggest" city around the site.
This "kind of" inside sea is one of a kind.
It's 155 km² hosts many oyster-farmers, where are produced (and raised) one of the most famous oysters in France.
You can also find there the biggest sand dune in Europe, called "Dune du Pyla" or "Dune du Pilat", which spelling is still the subject of many fights up here !
It is directly linked to the Atlantic Ocean.
I had the chance to fly over it with a friend amateur-pilot, and even take control of the plane !
