At the edge of the forest by the restaurant, there is a barbecue area where people can bring their own food and prepare it. First, one's got to collect the logs. Quite a lot of them already prepared. Maybe you can even use an axe but I didn't find one laying around. Very probably the staff will borrow you one if ask inside. :)
Carefully stack the bottom of the stone oven with woods. Or is it a barbecue? Maybe a grill? Not sure which of these expressions would fit the best.
When the whole "stone structure" heats up, it's ready for grilling. Grilling on weekends in public places like this one, and bringing along loads of friends and beers, is quite a widespread custom all over the country.
There are several of these but each is of a slightly different build. They must have built them according to the rising demands. A new one every few seasons, or so.
After the food is ready, it's served on this massive wood tables. A meal in nature. I wish I could describe the beautiful forest scent that looms all over this place and enhances the pleasure.
