East Aceh has a hidden natural paradise. Who does not like waterfalls? The beauty of nature is able to make people amazed and make many people interested to visit him though have to travel far to just enjoy and perpetuate its beauty.
His name Serule Waterfall. This is a new tourist area that is trending because it was discovered only a few months ago, around mid-2017. To get here, we have to travel about 40 km from Idi City, East Aceh, Aceh, Indonesia. After arriving in Peunaron, from the highway we have to travel by motorcycle about 1.5 hours.
The road is full of mud. Not infrequently we have to climb up and down the hill. The trip stops when we have to cross the river. There are boats that residents can use and motorcycles should we leave there.
Furthermore, we have to walk and fight extra to get to Seureule waterfall with an estimated travel time of about 2 hours. We have to pass through the jungle, down the river and sometimes have to cross the river, of course when the river flow is not swift.
This waterfall has a height of about 30 meters, flowed by water that is very clear and fell in a pond measuring about 50 meters which increasingly add to its beauty. Beautiful panoramic attention to many people so that not infrequently many visitors who come from various regions. This is not separated since photos and videos of this waterfall beauty circulating a lot in social media.

Aceh Timur memiliki sebuah surga alam yang tersembunyi. Siapa yang tidak suka air terjun? Keindahan alam ini mampu membuat orang kagum dan membuat banyak orang tertarik untuk mengunjunginya meski harus menempuh perjalanan jauh untuk sekedar menikmati dan mengabadikan keindahannya.
Namanya Air Terjun Serule. Ini adalah kawasan wisata baru yang sedang trending karena baru ditemukan beberapa bulan lalu, sekitar pertengahan tahun 2017. Untuk sampai kesini, kita harus menempuh perjalanan sekitar 40 km dari Kota Idi, Aceh Timur, Aceh, Indonesia.
Setelah tiba di Peunaron, dari jalan raya kita harus menempuh perjalanan menggunakan sepeda motor sekitar 1,5 jam. Jalannya penuh lumpur. Tak jarang kita harus menaiki serta menuruni bukit. Perjalanan terhenti saat kita harus meneyebrangi sungai. Ada perahu milik warga yang bisa digunakan dan sepeda motor harus kita tinggalkan disana.
Selanjutnya, kita harus berjalan kaki dan berjuang ekstra untuk sampai ke air terjun Seureule dengan perkiraan waktu tempuh sekitar 2 jam. Kita harus melewati hutan rimba, menyusuri sungai dan terkadang harus menyebrangi sungai, tentu saat arus sungai tidak deras.
Air Terjun ini memiliki ketinggian sekitar 30 meter, dialiri oleh air yang sangat jernih dan jatuh di kolam yang berukuran sekitar 50 meter yang semakin menambah keindahannya. Panoramanya yang indah menjadi perhatian banyak orang sehingga tidak jarang banyak pengunjung yang datang dari berbagai daerah. Hal ini tidak terlepas sejak foto dan video keindahan air terjun ini beredar banyak di media sosial.
