Travel Digest #33

Hi. It's @choogirl here bringing you the 33rd edition of #traveldigest. As expected, we are seeing a few more steemfest vlogs and blogs appear on the map now. 1. High Sierra Adventures - North Lake to South Lake Loop

Hive account@derekrichardson takes us on an epic eight-day backpacking adventure starting from the North lake trailhead and ending at the South lake trailhead in California. His post descibes his daily activities and provides us with an array of amazing photos that capture the stunning scenery he encounters along the way. This includes canyons, valleys, meadows, mountains, summit peaks, rivers, lakes, hot springs and waterfalls. It was actually quite difficult to choose which photo to feature here!

2. My Trans-Mongolia Railway Pictorial Journey Part 2: From The Wilderness Of Mongolia To Splendid Siberia

@positivesteem returns with the second part of his Trans-Mongolia railway journey from China to Russia. Today he describes his stopover in Mongolia. He starts in Ulanbatar, the capital, but then spends a few days days in the countryside where he's surrounded by picturesque grasslands and mountains. Activities he undertakes include horse riding and staying in a traditional Mongolian Ger.

3. Legoland Florida BRICK or TREAT - Halloween Fun for the Whole Family!

Hive account@steempowerpics takes us to Legoland Florida, for the multi-day, Halloween themed event, Brick or Treat. Throughout the park are Halloween decorations and over-sized Lego pieces including giant Lego pumpkins. Since Brick or Treat runs over several weekends in October, a huge Halloween Lego build is set up that everyone can participate in over the course of the event. In the evenings, a trail opens up for children to walk along and trick-or-treat for snacks and candy.
