I agree that Norway and Iceland are more expensive than Switzerland, but it is soooo beautiful...

My last visit to Switzerland was the day that Italy shut down - it was unfortunately only a blur. .... Florence to Zurich to Innsbruck to Munich to Frankfurt. We felt that the chances of getting back to Canada from Germany was better than almost any other country.

Austria shut their borders to Italy that morning and Switzerland shut their's in the afternoon. We made it across the border into Switzerland. Then at the first stop, the police boarded the train and sent any Italians back to Italy as well as anyone that couldn't prove that they had travel plans (show your return tickets).

As long as your income is greater than your expense, you are in one of the greatest places to weather out the corona lockdown. The epic views and the "cheap" wine.
