The first hours in Bangkok after half a year in africa had been weird. It took us a while to arrive in the asian culture. The first four weeks we visited sue’s uncle - we loved it to spend time with him and had the privilege to get to know him in person. he lives in thailand for more than 20 years. Lukas‘s brother Jonas (on the picture above) came to visit us - and we had the pleasure to spend holidays together with him on the Island Koh Chang (close to the Cambodian border). The island is not as touristic yet as other parts of Thailand. You‘ll find very quiet and untouched places do dwell without disturbance of anybody else. Having Jonas with us for almost 2 weeks was amazing. Because of his size he was quite an attraction for the Thai-people. They even asked him for posing pictures next to him, what made us laugh so many times. To summarize, Koh Chang is definitely worth a visit.
very soon I'll upload a video on our d.tube channel https://d.tube/#!/c/sue-photoart "sue-photoart" about our fun days together and more.
That's my husband, Lukas. :-) Together we travel and work around the world as Volunteers.
Be part of our adventure - we would love to have you on board. Cheers Sue
