Biman Biman Airlines announced a 20 percent discount on tickets on six international routes. The routes are from Bangkok to Bangkok, Singapore, Yangon, Kuala Lumpur, Kolkata and Kathmandu. The discount will be given at the Biman Bangladesh Travel and Tourism Fair from April 19 to 21.
Biman's public relations department press release said that on the occasion of the fair, the local and foreign tourists will be encouraged and will be given discount on these routes for the tourists. Dhaka-Bangkok-Dhaka return fares for the economy stalls are 17,631 rupees, Dhaka-Singapore-Dhaka Tk 22,535, Dhaka-Yangon-Dhaka Tk 24 thousand 318, Dhaka-Kuala Lumpur-Dhaka Tk 20 thousand 469, Dhaka- Kolkata-Dhaka 9 thousand 919, and Dhaka-Kathmandu-Dhaka 15 thousand and Taka 15 thousand and Chittagong-Kolkata-Chittagong Tk 10, 581. For purchasing tickets, the passport or photocopy of the passport will be brought together.
Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed and Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister AKM Shahjahan Kamal will inaugurate the three-day Tourism Fair in Bangabandhu International Conference Center. Biman Bangladesh Airlines is the title sponsor of the largest international tourism fair in the country, organized by Tour Operator Association (Taub).
Apart from this, the tickets will be purchased at 7 percent on the international routes from the airline stall and 10 percent discount on the domestic routes.
