It's time for another Travel Tunes Tuesday, a project created by where we share some of the music we've heard while traveling or that we listen to while traveling. Read the original post here.
Let's hop to it!
1. Happy Now by Zedd & Elley Duhé
So Zedd has a new song out and I'm really excited. I first heard this song yesterday so I had to share it on here. A lot of Zedd's music makes great travel tunes and I'll most likely include more if his songs in future posts. "You're a world away somehwhere in the crowd. In a foreign place, are you happy now?"
2. Work by Jimmy Eat World
I've said before that Jimmy Eat World is one of my all-time favorite bands. I've had the absolute pleasure of seeing them in concert in Minneapolis too. The video is about school aged kids flying the nest. The lyrics are more about running away with someone. Both ways, it makes references to freedom and to me, that means TRAVEL, haha.
3. United by Playing for Change
I can't remember if I've shared this one on #traveltunestuesday before or not. Oh well, even if I shared it before it's worth sharing again. The message in this song is so powerful. Our 7 billion hearts are united in song no matter how much people claim to be so divisive.
What are some of your favorite travel tunes?
