I would enjoy hearing from the JW attorney exactly why this avenue isn't being pursued? Is not communism an enemy of our system? As such, are not the adherents identified here-in committing treason? 18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. (June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(2)(J), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.)
Also, the evidence thus-far provided suggests the activities of a well-coordinated entity with an identifiable vertical structure and operatives throughout government. Should not the focus of the investigation be broadened to identify those key players (and especially the source of their financing) at the highest level of the organization?
