Today I played for graduation ceremony on the small organ at Vilnius University while played on the big organ in the church. Afterwards we met in the lobby and went to have ice cream at the Cathedral Square. On the way there we saw this linden tree blooming which smelled of honey.
It's strange, in Lithuanian the word for linden is "liepa" which also means July, basically it's a month during which linden trees used to bloom. But I can't remember a year in a few decades that linden actually bloomed in July. Now they are blooming in June.
It's probably caused by climate change.
