There she is
With her green
Blending with the colour of the sky
I can see are strength and energy on nature
Fresh and divine!
Tall as a nation
Rooted so strong to the ground
What breeze can bring you down?
What storm can uproot you?
Wow, am amazed of what you've become
A tree planted so small at my roadside
But look it now, just like a big Christmas tree
What a fierce root
Its a beautiful tourist tree planted close to my former house in Lagos, Nigeria. It was an average height when I was soo little but I and my family moved out to another estate, but when I went to my former street, I noticed the tree and found out it was the same tree that was an average height when I was little. It's now a big girl!
