After some much needed relaxation in the parks of Santa Maria, I decided to walk downtown and check out the town square. And what do you know, there was a farmers market going on. Excellent! A bunch of tents set up, more like over hangs to shade the produce. The picture below shows the town square from above so you can see what I mean about all the tents and over hangs. I didn't pick up any veggies this time...
But I did get a tri-tip sandwich and scarfed that thing down pretty quickly. Polished it off with an ice cold beer and was on my way. Not the biggest town square, not the biggest farmers market, but pretty cool regardless. They had some low key music playing as well, a couple guys playing guitar. A really mellow scene.
