it´s #trialbycomics Time again!
This weeks theme at the #trialbycomics contest by the awesome 
Lord of the Rings!
My first entry for this weeks contest is
Balrog - the flame of Udûn

Some Background info
In the First Age, Balrogs appeared in all major battles of Beleriand as Melkor's mighty soldiers. The Balrogs were Úmaiar - the lesser Maiar (which is nearly the same as a demon), whom Melkor had put into his service and given them their "flaming" form.
Although the Balrogs had some intelligence, they did not communicate with each other through language, but through smoke and flame and suggestion. Her prince was Gothmog. He is also the only named Balrog.
In the "war of wrath" at the end of the First Age, most Balrogs were destroyed, but some escaped and crawled underground.
The Balrog of Moria, which the companions encountered on their journey to the mountain of fate, who drew Gandalf into the abyss and was destroyed by him, was the only Balrog reported on after the First Age.
Gandalf called him "The Flame of Udûn".
He was probably one of the last remaining Balrogs at the time.
