Kent got home from teaching school tonite at 930 pm and decided to put the base of the roof on the building because it is supposed to snow tomorrow
It is amazing to me that Kent is 50-something years old. He is either amazing or crazy or both,
but he literally unloaded the truck of 8 pieces of galvanized corrogated steel 12' long each by 4',
and 8 4' x 8' pieces of plywood, and then proceeded to, BY HIMSELF,
put the plywood up on the roof of the building IN THE DARK, with lights
I prayed before he started doing this. When he told me, I was horrified. It's cold and windy and it's getting ready to snow -
he has had a loooonnngg day already and he is going to do this now, alone...
God told me to just go out there and hang out with him and pray for him so nothing bad happens...
I'm the type that imagines all the worst possible scenarios before they happen - and I am always wrong - especially because I pray them away -
I am driving down the highway and I envision my next accident - all the time - and I have to pray it away or in this case
I envisioned Kent falling off the roof or off the ladder and I just prayed it away
But I just couldn't see how it would be right for me to be indoors lying in bed binge=watching Heartland while
he is out there ALONE in the COLD building a building FOR ME. NOPE
So I went out there and witnessed him playing a Sliding Tile Puzzle with giant pieces of wood upside down in the dark...
This is the thing about Kent - he is like this...
He is an Aquarius - so he is a genius and he does shit like this all the time. He is amazing! I am so blessed to know him - it's so inspiring!
... Living my life
**there is no human authority - God is the Ultimate Authority **
- and we don't live in the 3rd dimension with people who follow dumb ass Man's Rules that tell us what we can and cannot do! WE ARE SOVEREIGN and we have inalienable rights given to us by the CREATOR - life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Here's what I am fortifying myself with now...
Use it! Read it over and over till you believe it!
