This SIGIL is an Antedote to the SIGIL created by the Cult of the Black Sun which they are hammering into your heads through the Media.
This is the Sigil. It intentionally has 9 Rays because 0-9 in Vortex Math are the numbers of Life On Earth without the INTELLECT which comes about as 10 - 1,0 as in computers - as in Zero which is God and 1 which is man but with man coming before God and equal to God, the Creator.

I have been working on this for the last 3 weeks trying to figure it out, and it came to me today.
