Antakya Information House with Little Tent Museum is a must visit place when you come to Antakya.
This is not like those government information center that we often see in towns.
This one is privately owned by this old man here:
Inside the house is a gem!
We meet his son inside and we literally spent half a day here talking to him.
You never imagine a little town like this provide so much for tourists.
So many great books and pamphlets to give away to us.
We weren't planning to stay here for this long, but after visiting this place their extraordinary hospitality extended our holiday break here. So we ended up staying here for a few more days, longer than expected. It was well worth it.
Coffee and tea were prepared inside here for us to enjoy out in the tent patio.
Sometimes there is a cultural dance under the tent here with local Turiksh music.
The next door little museum house some fine artifacts.
