This may sound crazy, but there is actually some precedence for this.

Back in 2001 President George Bush did that.

Prior to that, the only other time was in 1933 when Franklin D. Roosevelt did it.

Given that, it doesn't sound that crazy after all.

I hope he doesn't because that wouldn't really be free market trading, though we already know that doesn't exist.

Bitcoin would be the only thing trading if he did that.
