Shadows and reflections are really my thing!!
No matter where I am or what I'm doing,
I'm always noticing more and more depths of existence.
I love the way the light plays with the dark,
and the way there are layers upon layers of interest to experience.
Staying out of my own way to see clearly what there is to be seen,
and being present to take advantage of what is here right now--
if only for a fleeting moment--
are keys to capturing the gems as they reveal themselves.

So it is in photography, as it is in life!
Opening to what already is, once hidden right before my every eyes.
Touching on that which lies beyond the surface.
