I have covered Mario Nawfal in prior posts of mine but for those who dont know, Mario is a self-proclaimed "citizen journalist" significantly promoted by Elon Musk that has apparently come into his position through not so savory means.
He also frequently surrounds himself with what you can only describe as the scum of the earth. The worst types of grifters, liars, propagandists and generally evil people you can run into on Twitter that he developed connections with to boost his engagement.
The accusations made by Upper Echelon paint Mario as a fraud, a liar and a scammer.
Now its hard to be sure if the worst of the criminal accusations are true before digging deeper into them and getting far more information but there is one accusation that can be observed and can be said with much higher certainty is possibly true.
And that is the accusation of him using bots to abuse Twitters algo that pushed him up to the position he is in right now.

There are also a bunch of DMs even shared that I covered in a previous post where its clear how his bots operate.
The reason Im covering this is that what we appear to be seeing now again is an attempt of a wealthy person, a massive narcissist akin to BitBoy, to silence his critics by quote:
Bleeding them financially.
He has sued Upper Echelon for 11 million USD in a defamation lawsuit for basically reporting the info he found and sharing his thoughts based on that information.
He might be wrong, or the information he has might be faulty but it is clear without a shadow of a doubt that he is not simply making shit up ... like Marios guests on his Space so frequently do😉.
If this is the definition of a defamation lawsuit then I have a very hard time seeing how Mario has a case.
Any false and unprivileged statement published or spoken deliberately, intentionally, knowingly with the intention to damage someone's reputation is defamation.
Question is if Elon might step in here and support Mario directly considering that, if true, Elon would be made to look like a fool backing a fraud and a liar that is surrounded by the worst misinformation and propaganda spreaders alive today.
His whole anti-MSM agenda would crash and burn finally revealing to everyone that
yes... MSM lies but Elons alternative, the twitter "citizen journalists" lie so much more easily and so much more often.
There is no accountability. There is no user moderation. There is only the algo. There is only the grift.
