Glad to have a place where lovers of genre and specially of #jahm can cherish
musics.
Lately Jamaica is the main place we delve and look for great genres.
Today I want to go 97 miles to the right and share with you the sounds of
another island from the Caribbean.
Haiti has many sounds.
Most people may use to listen to Kompa.
Twoubadou is a sound way different than that.
It is old school.
Maybe 20 years they were a resurgence of the style.
Still it is not wide spread and unknown cause of the style and melody sound.
This style is from Cuba and other place like Puerto Rico.
What is amazing, we have so many genres right here in the Caribbean.
This post cannot hold my words to talk about all of them.
One guy told me reggae tempo has something to do with kompa.
Maybe the music guy can play both and find the similarities hiding inside.
#Twoubadou is really cool, the artists did a #riddim about their kompa hit.
Enough talk enjoy what we in the Caribbean share with the world
