In Kharkiv, which has been suffering from heavy airstrikes and bombing by the Russian Federation for more than a day, rescue operations are under way in destroyed buildings due to bombing by the Russian occupiers. They are conducted by the Personnel of the Interregional Center for Humanitarian Demining and Rapid Response of the SES of Ukraine.
