Do not give rest to us neither our traitors, nor the overseas offenders on the land of our native, probably, for millennia. At different times different "golden bottom" is somehow said. But how to properly do modern Ukraine: to sell the land or not, to foreigners or only their own, to change the purpose of land use, depending on needs. You can sell to foreigners who will care better than their own. It is possible to change the type of land allocation at least every year according to all norms and rules and to receive economic benefits and to conserve land. And you can all the other way around ....
But you can go from the other side. Every citizen (I recall such far not 100% of "passport") or, at least, a family, should have their land. Family, family. Let it be under the country house. Let it be for a garden or flower garden. And then the people of Ukraine will stock their lands "just in case." The rules of allocation and retention should be brought under this, but necessarily free of charge - no fee to the state, the community, etc., but without the right to sell - the land for yours and their descendants. That is, the minimum amount that is appropriately kept (plant trees if you can not care). And everything in the whole country has a way out, if the end of the metropolises, the big landowners crazy will come to the pollutions of our land (but it will be our fault - they should be kept in the rigid framework for the maintenance of land) or something else. Many of us have or had grandparents who are not from Kyiv-Kharkiv-Lviv-Odesa-Dnipro, and they have their homes and land, which we have forgotten. You can restore ownership. Who else is in the situation to allocate land. We have to think how and where, of course, because everyone wants somewhere in Koncha-Zaspa. It seems like a healthy idea to have your own land. From the apartment can be expelled, from their land - no. What is the best example of what you have in this state for something right (I agree with the weapon)?
It is necessary to protect both the earth and water and air. And not only in our country, because it will have to go to some spacesuits with the opportunity to filter all of this. As always, everything depends on us.

Не дають спокою нам ні наші запроданці, ні закордоні зазіхачі щодо землі рідної вже, мабуть, тисячоліттями. В різні часи різне "золоте дно" як-то кажуть. Але як правильно вчинити сучасній Україні: продавати землю чи ні, іноземцям чи тільки своїм, змінювати призначення землекористування в залежності від потреб. Можна продати іноземцям, які будуть доглядати краще, ніж свої. Можна змінювати вид землевідведення хоч кожен рік за всіма нормами та правилами і отримувати економічний зиск та берегти землю. А можна і все навпаки...
Але можна зайти з іншої сторони. Кожен громадянин (нагадую таких далеко не 100% "паспортованих") або, хоча б сім'я, повинні мати свої землі. Родові, сімейні. Нехай під дачну ділянку. Нехай для садочку чи квітнику. І тоді в народу України буде запас своїх земель "про всяк випадок". Норми відведення та утримування треба під це підвести, але обов'язково безкоштовно - ніякої плати державі, громаді і т.д, але і без права продажу - земля для твоїх і їх нащадків. Тобто мінімальний наділ, який відповідним чином утримується (посадіть дерева, якщо немає змоги доглядати). І все, у всієї держави є вихід, якщо гаплик мегаполісам, великі землевласники з розуму зійдуть забруднюючи нашу землю (але це буде і наша провина - треба їх тримати в жорстких рамках щодо утримання землі) або ще що. Багато з нас мають чи мали дідусів і бабусь, які не з Києво-Харково-Львово-Одесо-Дніпра, і в них були свої дома та земля, про що ми забули. Можна відновити право власності. В кого інша ситуація - виділяти землю. Треба подумати як і де, звичайно, бо всі захочуть десь в Конче-Заспі. Видається здоровою ідеєю мати свою землю. З квартири можуть вигнати, зі своєї землі - ні. Який кращий приклад того, що ти в цій державі маєш на щось право (про зброю погоджуюсь)?
Берегти потрібно і землю, і воду, і повітря. І не тільки в нашій країні, бо доведеться в якихось скафандрах скоро ходити із можливістю фільтрування всього цього. Як завжди все залежить від нас.
