The West Denpasar Police Department secured the perpetrator who buried a baby snake at Tukad Buana Street, Gunung Sari Banjar, Padangsambian Kaja Village, West Denpasar, on Thursday (9/13) yesterday. The suspect is none other than his own mother with the initials TAS (19). He buried the baby's snout with a depth of 40 centimeters on the edge of his own house.
West Denpasar police chief Kompol Adnan Pandibu explained the chronology of the baby's discovery. Orok baby was first discovered by the mother of the perpetrator with the initials APM (37) when going to work.

That day the perpetrators were immediately secured by the police. During interrogation the police found several facts. The perpetrator has been pregnant since December 2017 while sitting on a vocational school.
"She was pregnant after having an intimate relationship with her boyfriend. When she was pregnant she hid it to her parents, never told the problem even though they lived at home," said the police chief.
The motive of the perpetrator is to bury his baby for fear and shame if people know it. Especially at that time he was still in school and his girlfriend just graduated from school.
"First, feeling of fear and shame. Because when she was pregnant when she was at school, that was her motive. We also asked her parents and her mother also asked the perpetrator why, like a pregnant person, the reason the perpetrator only answered was because of being fat," said the police chief.
