Central Java (Central Java) Prosecutor's Office investigates Demak Regent M Natsir, Wednesday (3/10). Examination related to alleged corruption of selection of village apparatus in Demak Regency in 2017.
"This is still the initial stage, it has not been investigated. Earlier, it was examined more than three hours from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Furthermore, clarification is to find out if there is local government money that was issued for the selection of village apparatus. Regarding the area's money, those who knew were the Bupati and the regional financial management agency.
"So the person concerned is only limited to clarifying whether there is an APBD fund that was issued for the selection process to fill the village apparatus using the APBD? The concerned party does not use the budget at all," he explained.
Many witnesses have been examined including the village head and other parties. "I will not stop there. Keep collecting data until all is complete. If there is a state loss, the APBD will be checked," he said.
He said that contributions from the registrants of the equipment were managed by the association not by the local government organizers. The management was handed over directly to each village that held the filling of the device.
"The contribution is from the village apparatus or community association, not from the Bupati. The committee from each village. We are still chasing if there is ASN involvement," said Kusnin.
