Hello ,
Frequent workout is good for the body,thanks to my departmental president for organising the program.It been long i did that my body is really strif but i have to be honest am a lazy person when it come to workup things.
I decide to ride bicycle to stretch my strif leg and body,I fall down twice because is been long i did that but after frequent riding am now stable and i enjoy the riding.
After 1hour of riding am soo tired that i went straight to my lecture room and sleep off.
I enjoy the workout ,and enjoy the way our lecturer join us in the workout.We did alot of competition with our lecturer and we won the competition.
