Marriage is indeed a good thing, he who findeth a wife obtaineth good things from the lord, marriage is indeed a blessing.
Marriage is simply the joining of two parties, who love and cherish theirselves and want to share that experience forever.
The venue was at kabangha, khana local government area, Rivers State, Nigeria, just about one hour fifty minutes drive from airforce base, thats if the road is good, and zero traffic jam. We we got there by 9am.
The traditional marriage kicked off immediately, with the rites between the families, and the lists from the bride's family. They include
• #200,000 cash
• 3 adult goats
• foodstuffs
• textile materials
• drinks (soft and alcohol)
• shoes and clothings
And many more i cant remember
I was a wedding guest at the wedding, seeing my aunty smiling, she was indeed happy, it was a sunny day, and as usual Rivers State and Heavy downpour are like five and six, everyone was brimming with smile and cheering the couples as the danced in.
I met my granny, very energetic woman, she still go to farm. I gave her a warm hug, she is indeed nice. She bought me a material for me to sew. Full of surprises granny.
My granny also danced to the music, she is a good dancer though.
