MY shout out goes to 
Should I say I'm no longer a newbie on steemit or should I say otherwise?
Well, let me just say I am both.
I think I'm no longer a newbie here because I have made at least 366 posts here before introducing myself to the community as a whole and also I have learnt a little, how things works out here.
I can as well say I'm a newbie here because I just heard about steemit early this year, meanwhile it has been in existence since 2016.
So here's my short story.
I got to hear about steemit from a friend 
I didn't give up, so I kept on trying it everyday. LOL, I got stucked up first at the email verification step but after making enquiries, was made to understand that it would take few weeks for a confirmation email to be sent to my mail.
After few weeks like I was told, i got a mail from steemit. I also got stucked up in the number verification step but that never drew me down nor my interest to become a steemian.
Finally my entry into steemit was accepted and I was the happiest person on earth that very day. In summary, it took me about 3 solid weeks to get registered on this platform.
After the registration, i had to navigate through some posts and then discovered that it would be necessary for me to say some few things about myself. In fact, making an introductory post is a culture here.
ABOUT MYSELF
I am Ijeh Chibuzo Peter by name but friends call me 'Caesar', 21 years of age, born in a remote countryland(makurdi, the capital city of Benue state, Nigeria). My parents are known for their hardworking abilities and God-fearing qualities, both of the same tribe(Igbo).
It's just me and my kid sister by name Ebere. We love each other so much even though we are not that much in the family. She's still in her secondaries (high school) and she's doing well.
I am currently a 2nd year student in the university of Nigeria enugu campus, studying estate management. My love for estate as a whole made me to go into studying it as a course and discipline. Apart from schooling, i engage in entrepreneur activities, specifically 'software engineering'
Also got this love for blogging since I heard about steemit.
My hobbies are: reading, watching movies, listening to music and as well clubbing just to cool down the nerves. Love making new friends and, going to shows e.t.c.
This platform really looks like the perfct place to share the little i know on my course of study. As a future upcoming estate surveyor and valuer, it would be a pleasure to share the little i know on this course. I just hope you guys would like it as I contribute my quota to the benefit of all, in this ever-growing platform. Have a blissful day.
