This post is especially for @qwerrie who was super super excited about my secondhand shop visit yesterday.
I actually returned to the The Good Shop this morning to purchase some more books. My son and I had great fun this morning choosing some more books for our collection.
Our family has quite a big range of reading interests so we always collect a variety of books from a wide range of editors. It certainly keeps our minds sharp.
Books are knowledge and knowledge is power. It's something that no one can ever take away from you. Reading broadens the mind and your horizons. It takes you to far off places and introduces places, cultures and people that you otherwise never might have encountered.
