Hello all,
Dear readers due to some busy schedule and officially commitments i could not write my ulog in past week. Now its weekend and i decided to share my experience with other steemians. My most of the weekends spend at home taking rest to restore energy for the entire week working days, because i have to do lots of work in office and at home as well. Mainly in office we have to do multitasking to tackle different challenges. Anyhow lets come to the point.
Today is weekend i decided to start morning walk and jogging in order keep myself healthy active and fit. From past few months i am gaining weight and now i decide to reduce my weight by doing excersice. Today i get up early in the morning and buckle up my joggers and left my home to a nearby place for jogging. To motivate myself i started looking at google fit already installed in my phone. Here i would like to share some photos which i have taken during morning walk after my jogging.
Jogging at park is more healthy activity it will give us more supply of oxygen during running to fill our lungs which ultimately support our heart to work better.
I go for jogging at a historical place near to my home. Jahangir's tomb I am showing you some more pictures taken by me.
Its quite a healthy place with lots of greenery arround to feel yourself fresh. In my next post i will show you more pictures of Jahangir's tomb and also tell you the history of this place. Stay tuned and keep reading my blogs along with stuning pictures of my surroundings.
