After attending the holy mass at 6pm its time to prepare for dinner. I decided to cook for vegetables because its been a while since I cook for it.
There are different varitities of vegetables and a recipe on how to cook it. Mine is a "sari-sari" since varities of vegetable are being mixed together.

Prepare for garlic and onions. Sautè these in a frying oan after putting small amount of oil on it. Add pork or fish (optional). Add a little soy sauce then put all the vegetables together. Add 1 teasepoon of sugar and chili powder. Cook for 10-15 mins.
My recipe is ready to serve!
Now ready to eat. We did not only enjoy eating together but we also gain nutrients from it.
