Greetings to all! Today I share my second ulog, I wake up giving thanks to God for a new day in which I can see, breathe, smile and share with my family. Yesterday I got an App called (Buttocks and legs training), I recommend them. The truth is that when I saw it, it caught my attention and I downloaded it to my cell phone, when I got breakfast and then I started doing the exercises of day one with a little background music; I felt super well while exercising my body, the end of training came.
Then I did some home activities, after noon I provoked some dessert, I thought I could do with what I had at home. Luckily I had 3 ingredients with which I could make a delicious dessert, called in my country coconut kisses. To do them you only need:
1k Leavening wheat flour
1 coconut
1 paper
Preparation:
Place the paper to melt with a little water in a bowl and bring to a boil, grate the coconut and simply add them with the flour in a plastic bowl and mix until the mixture is compacted. Then take the mixture to a mold and place individual portions of the size of your preference and baked, from 15 to 20 min and will be ready, here I leave the result of my coconut kisses.
After delighting with my family this simple dessert, and falling night came with aunts to visit a guy. We had an excellent time, chatting a bit about everything, joking and sharing some beers, the truth is that it was an afternoon to de-stress.
