Despite the short hour of heavy rainss tonight España Boulevard hit with a a flood! It's a long agony of waiting in the bus where we were stranded for almost 3 hours.
It was around 5 p.m. when the rain started to pour. I was still in the office and I couldn't see outside because the building is a solid concrete and you can't hear fast enough when somebody will shout out. I thought the rain will stop for about 15 to 30 minutes because it's the usual routine almost every day when it rained in San Mateo, Rizal, but today, I made a wrong calculation, the rain didn't stop. My instinct tells me España Boulevard is flooded and so I was right. I saw my friend's post on Facebook that the water reached inside their house before my Smartphone run out of power.

I already made my post the yearly problematic flooding in Metro Manila though they have planned for the city's flooding system. Manila is below sea level and what else is new here:?
Of course I got out of the bus too far away from the house and as usual I walked. I walked along the España Boulevard with all the people who are also stranded forcing also to walk from students, office worker and even senior citizen. After a short distance marathon walk I cleaned up my legs and feet, had a dinner and I rest for a while for since I write this article. Still sleepy and I don't like to rest without a daily ULOG!
Have a pleasant sleep then!
