ULOG #30 : Created an Account to CoinEx to Vote Steem but Failed to...

Hello to all uloggers around the world!

Yesterday, I decided to create an account to CoinEx in order to vote steem and help it get listed.

First I go to..https://www.coinex.com and click sign up.

I filled up the necessary details and slide the picture to right to confirm that I am not a robot.

As shown above, I successfully created and account and bind my mobile number and google authenticator.

After that, I was about to verified my ID in order for me to finally vote for steem.

So, I click the button verify and fill up the data.I also took photos of my ID and took selfie with it together with the statement needed.

But unfortunately after several attempts to upload my id and selfie it always says timeout 20000ms exceed.

Even this day, I also tried to get verified my id but I am not lucky enough to do it. I hope someone can help me what's the problem and help me to get verified because I really want to vote steem to get listed in CoinEx.
