The snow came, but it stopped in the last hour or so and the sun is out. It's still wicked cold, but I am glad for the sunshine!
You can tell the sun is already working its Colorado magick and melting snow, because the south ledge has less of a pile than the west ledge; I suppose that could be what direction it blew in from as well, but my balcony faces a cavern of tall buildings, so I suspect the sun more. ;)

So I have a new tomato growing on a branch that otherwise didn't survive the transplant very well. The leaves all died off, but the tomato IS getting bigger!
Here's what my plant first aid looks like:
Hey, it worked! The bulk of both tomato plants have recovered and are doing well. I pulled off what didn't survive and put it in the pot as mulch. Fingers crossed the new fruit survives!
