Everyone is looking forward to the BER months. It is ok but the one thing I am not happy with is the weather. It gets cold then hot. Rains suddenly then gets sunny and humid. It also rains while the sun is shinning. Weird weather.
A lot of people get sick. Mostly the young children and the elderly. The culprit is the cough. Almost everyone in the house is or has been coughing.
My mom and me included. I am glad so far my cough is better. I have provided everyone with vitamin C and cough medicine. My mom is harder to cure because she is hard headed and with Alzheimer she has her own way.
There are days she does not cough and then days she does. She has her medicine and vitamins. But at her age 93 it is hard to cure. So I also rub Vicks on her back and chest and do cupping at her back to help loosen the phlegm. Problem she does not put it out.
Maybe when the weather gets better so shall she and me included. I feel so tired and always have back pains and head aches. I feel sad when I hear coughing especially from my mom and there is nothing I can do about it.
