#Ulog - A Fine Weekend - The Photos, Vegetables And More

These are the photos that I entered at the Summer Show a month ago. Every year there is an annual show in our village. Photography category is my favorite. I've forgotten about these photos laying on the table. I didn't expect that I'm going to win this year, the second and the third prize was a big surprise for me.

A Sunny Day
After breakfast, I decided to have a walk. The weather has been nice these days, soft and sunny. It feels like Spring or early summer. The skies were blue and the flowers were still blooming everywhere. It's weekend again, our street is quiet, not so many cars parked.

I dropped a mail to a friend and walked further down the woods. My neighbors garden always catch my attention, she always has plenty of vegetables. A box of apples in front of the gate. They got plenty of them so anyone can get it for free.

After 30 minutes, I went back home and these beans were in front of our doorsteps. The same neighbors have brought some for me. What a blessing indeed. In the afternoon another neighbor came by and brought swiss chard. I have only asked her a couple, but she gave me more than I need. They are really delicious, easy to cook and very healthy.
