Life continues to show me the areas of myself I need to work/focus on.... I am responding to the Call of my Higher Self to 'get with my Divinely written program' so to speak. It seems the best thing I can/should do is get back to basics and build/create a better foundation, a healthier now/future..so that is what I am doing.
I have been keeping true to myself these past couple days and continued my daily walks, although I didn't get to post. I recorded the footage for some emotional healing energy support while I was out yesterday.....here is the video that I just finished & uploaded this morning.
