I hope everyone has injoyed a wonder-full day...as for me...it has been filled with lots of smiles and sweat. We haven't gotten any of those thunderstorms I've been hearing were on the way...but I am hoping they show up to break some of this heat.
I managed to get my walk on yet again today...these reiki healing journey hikes are continuing to stoke the fire of my soul and send me soaring to new heights!
