So today guys I'll be share the recipe of masala dosa.
Few days ago my sister make dosa at home and today I am going to share the whole process.
Dosa is cooked in less amount of oil, full of carbohydrates and proteins.
It is a very delicious dish.
Dosa is a South Indian recipe but it is so delicious that's it eaten in all cities by everyone.
It also easy to make , so we can make it at home ๐
Ingredients required:
Urad dal
Rice
Banking soda
Salt
Water
One portion of urad dal and two portion of rice ๐
Soak the two separately.
Soak the two for 7-8 hours.
So my sister soak it night .
In the morning drain the water.
After that drain water and grind them separately.
Make a fine paste of urad and rice.
After grinding mixed both together.
Add 1/2 tsp banking soda and 2 tsp salt .
Mix the mixture throungly and it's consistency should be similar of pakora better.
Mixture is ready and keep mixture in hot area for 4-5 hours for ferments.
Now let's preparing the filling for dosa
Ingredients:
Oil
Peas
Potatoes
Mustard seeds
Ginger: grated
Red chilly powder
Coriander powder
Salt
Green chilly
Amchur powder
Turmaric powder
Onions ( chopped)
Chopped onion and green chilly.
Boiled and break potatoes.
First turn on the gas.
Pour 3 tsp oil in heated pan.
Add ginger, green chilly, onions and turmaric powder and fry them for some time .
Now add break potatoes.
Now add salt and all ingredients and mix all well And fried peroperly.
The filling for dosa is prepared.๐
** Now let us make dosa **
First mix the salt and soda in mixture.
Now heat the pan.
Pour some oil on the pan and spread it evenly with a napkin.
Pour 2 spoon of mixture on the pan.
And spread it.
The pen should not be heated much when we spread the dosa.
Now increase the frame.
Put the filling on the dosa when the color of dosa has changed.
Fold the dosa and take out.
Dosa is ready .
Serve it with sambhar and coconut chutney ๐
