#ulog 18: Open Discussion Voice Chat at Teenvestors Cebu Community with our special guest @yehey

Hello, my fellow Hive account@steemians. I would like to share my experience during our fifth discord voice chat by the Cebu community.

After a long day of m activity last May 19, 2018, I am reminded that the #teenvestors are having the Fifth Open Discussion Voice Chat on the Discord channel. I arrived at exactly 19:45H from the Life in the Spirit Seminar together with the family of my niece. When I sat down I grab the headset and join the channel. I heard Hive account@morken, Hive account@indayclara, Hive account@smaeunabs, Hive account@chuuukie and many others Cebu Hive account@steemians. A few minutes Hive account@yehey join us in the channel. All of us are happy that he will be able to share his best experience in #steemit.


We started at around 20:15H with a Prayer headed by Hive account@indayclara then Hive account@morken is the moderator, cited the Agenda of the said discussion.

• What have you experienced in presenting Steemit or building network?
• What are the importance and differences of each Channel present in the Discord server?
• What is a witness?
• How you invited and present #steemit when promoting to your friends, family, relatives, and many others?
• What are the things you presented on #steemit?
  
  
  All of us in the Channel is having a short introduction for each other before we started our discussion proper.
  
  

Steemit is not only a blogging platform, it is also a network where you can have a lot of friends around the world.

There are also question like how to introduce yourself on #steemit and some have questions about Hive account@yehey as a witness.


It is also being suggested to engage some post and earn yourself a good reputation.


Hive account@yehey shared that do not share all personal information, just limit it for personal security. He was right because #steemit is also a social media platform. I love what he said that if you invited someone to join #steemit, "do not force them." He also shares his experience of introducing #steemit to his family. Thank you very much Hive account@yehey for sharing an SBD's for all the participants during the event.


Hive account@morken shared about how we introduce #steemit to our students that we usually engage it to Facebook where they are more into it. Then, we open up the platform to them, what are the benefits that they can get while steeming.

I learn a lot during the open discussion and I will forever treasure that remarkable discussion. Thank you very much for all the brilliant ideas for all the Cebu #steemians. Keep it up!
