Thanks Hive account@cryptosteemz. What is your comment on the report that the Blockchain.info wallet has an advantage in that it allows you to set the fee level according to what you are willing to pay?

Do you agree with this report, and if so what disadvantages should one be be concerned about in using this wallet?
