La primera vez que usé TikTok recuerdo que fue porque una amiga me envió algunos videos que nos identificaban. He de confesarles que, al principio, no me llamaba mucho la atención esta plataforma; sin embargo, comencé a usarla más que todo porque mi amiga me convenció.
The first time I used TikTok I remember it was because a friend sent me some videos that identified us. I must confess that, at first, I was not very interested in this platform; however, I started using it mostly because my friend convinced me.
Poco a poco fui descubriendo videos y contenido más interesante. Como les conté en mi presentación, aparte de estudiar Marketing también tomo clases de música, y TikTok me ha permitido conectar con otros músicos que comparten allí sus experiencias, algunas técnicas y muestran su talento. Algo que me parece muy bueno de esta plataforma es que te va mostrando cada vez más contenido relacionado con tus intereses.
Little by little I discovered more interesting videos and content. As I told you in my presentation, apart from studying Marketing I also take music classes, and TikTok has allowed me to connect with other musicians who share their experiences, some techniques and show their talent. Something that I think is very good about this platform is that it shows you more and more content related to your interests.

Aunque no solo logré conectar en el ámbito musical, sino que también me parece una herramienta poderosa para crear lazos con otras personas. Así como despertó mi interés en ciertos contenidos que allí ofrecen, me permite llegar a más personas al momento de transmitir un mensaje. Por eso considero que es una plataforma que se ha convertido en un medio poderoso para el marketing, ya que podemos llegar al público de una forma más dinámica, conectar con las personas de mejor manera y, además, nos ofrece herramientas para optimizar el mensaje que queremos hacer llegar.
Although I not only managed to connect in the musical field, but I also find it a powerful tool to create bonds with other people. Just as it awakened my interest in certain content offered there, it allows me to reach more people when transmitting a message. That is why I consider that it is a platform that has become a powerful medium for marketing, since we can reach the public in a more dynamic way, connect with people in a better way and, in addition, it offers us tools to optimize the message we want to convey.
Mi experiencia como usuario de TikTok ha sido muy buena, ya que he podido conectar con contenido que me identifica y que también me ha ayudado a formarme y mejorar en algunos aspectos de mi vida, como en lo musical, la oratoria, tips sobre marketing, estar al día con las tendencias, psicología y hasta conectar con mis artistas favoritos. Por ello, he llegado a considerar comenzar a crear contenido que pueda ayudar a otros, así como me han ayudado a mí.
My experience as a TikTok user has been very good, since I have been able to connect with content that identifies me and that has also helped me to learn and improve in some aspects of my life, such as music, public speaking, marketing tips, keeping up with trends, psychology and even connecting with my favorite artists. Therefore, I have come to consider starting to create content that can help others, just as they have helped me.
