Todos o ,la mayoría, tenemos una cuenta en Instagram, pero vale la pena usarla como nuestra principal red social?, me refiero a usar dicha app como usamos por ejemplo WhatsApp.
Aunque Instagram y WhatsApp sean aplicaciones distintas ya que una principalmente se centra en la mensajería y la otra en fotos, hay varios aspectos a tener en cuenta: en Venezuela es más de usarse WhatsApp para intercambiar mensajes o llamadas que en otros países por ejemplo, debido a la facilidad que es abrirse una cuenta usando tu numero de teléfono y además la aplicación es muy versátil e intuitiva en si.
En Instagram, a pesar de tener su propia bandeja de mensajería es diferente ya que no es su tema principal. Sin embargo, puede ser usable en el sentido de que puedes enviarle reels a la persona que quieras compartir el video o publicación.
En lo personal, uso Instagram para temas de entretenimiento mas que todo, ya sea ponerme al día con publicaciones que hagan las personas que sigo o ver sus historias, también me divierto viendo reels que salen memes o videos de curiosidades y paso mi tiempo de ocio en eso.
Otro tema a tener en cuenta son las reglas o, digamos, las condiciones que ofrece Instagram para sus usuarios a diferencia de WhatsApp que al ser una aplicación de mensajería mas que todo se centra mas en la ciberseguridad de sus usuarios.
A pesar de que ambas plataformas tienen las mismas condiciones en el ámbito de quien puede usar la red social, ya sea no tener menos de 13 años, no tener antecedentes penales o no haber sido condenado por abuso sexual, hay diferencias ya que como dije WhatsApp se centra mas en la ciberseguridad de sus usuarios dentro de sus condiciones.
En definitiva, para muchas personas es esencial el uso de Instagram ya sea para comunicarse o publicar sus aspectos mas importantes que ocurran en sus vidas, pero para mí WhatsApp sigue siendo la red social mas importante que hay debido a que es la principal aplicación de comunicación que existe.

On Instagram, despite having its own messaging tray it is different as it is not its main theme. However, it can be usable in the sense that you can send reels to the person you want to share the video or post.
Personally, I use Instagram for entertainment purposes more than anything else, whether it's catching up on posts made by people I follow or watching their stories, I also have fun watching reels that come out memes or videos of curiosities and spend my leisure time on that.
Another issue to take into account are the rules or, let's say, the conditions that Instagram offers to its users, unlike WhatsApp, which, being a messaging application, is more focused on the cybersecurity of its users.
Although both platforms have the same conditions in the field of who can use the social network, either not being under 13 years old, not having a criminal record or not having been convicted of sexual abuse, there are differences because as I said WhatsApp focuses more on the cybersecurity of its users within its conditions.
In short, for many people it is essential to use Instagram either to communicate or to publish their most important aspects that occur in their lives, but for me WhatsApp is still the most important social network there is because it is the main communication application that exists.
