NEXT LIVE Segment - PART 4 (in 5 hours)
As I write, Julian Assange's freedom hangs by a thread as reports pour in that the government of Ecuador, under president Lenin Moreno, seeks to expel the Wikileaks founder from its embassy in London. Assange has been living in the embassy for nearly 7 years after seeking asylum as a political refugee.

Critical Support for Journalism
Despite what your opinion is of Assange as a person, it's crucial that we support Julian Assange as his expulsion from the embassy will certainly lead to extradition to the US.
This sets a very dangerous precedent for journalism worldwide which would allow governments to apprehend journalists who speak out against governments no matter where they are on the planet. This will seriously damage the profession and effect both independent and the legacy media equally.
