I've still got a long way to go to reach Executive status or 10,000,000 in Total Net Worth but not so long ago that nearly seemed impossible. I started with about a $2,000 investment which got me up around 2,000,000 net worth in the game. I struggled for a long time trying to figured out how to be active in this game and really get anywhere but now I'm starting to realize that flipping property is essential to growth in this game. Then there's spark, something that's extremely hard to get if you've been late to the party. So far I only have 0.52 spark from leveling up to Director and finding one lucky spark chest while treasure hunting in Chicago. I just recently learned that I could rent my spark out which is a whole other ball game in and of itself.
Nonetheless between Chicago and LA, the flipping properties piece has been coming now in waves for me and I've been quickly rising in Net Worth.
I'm already up to 3.4 million with 255 properties in two different Tier 1 cities. Given time, things becoming fully minted and property values rising, along with renting out spark. The trek to 10,000,000 doesn't seem so impossible anymore.
I'm about a third of the way there now. Just have to keep pushing!
